No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Freedom from viruses, malware, or harmful code

Real Estate Web Solutions does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL ESTATE WEB SOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

  1. Changes to Terms

Real Estate Web Solutions reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at its sole discretion. If changes are material, we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice before the updated Terms become effective. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Services and the immediate use of computing and infrastructure resources, Real Estate Web Solutions does not provide refunds for any purchases, subscriptions, or service credits.

No-Refund Policy Explanation

Use of the Services results in immediate, non-recoverable costs, including but not limited to:

  • Server processing and computational resources
  • API usage and third‑party service fees
  • Data storage and data transfer costs
  • Artificial intelligence model inference, processing, and training expenses

Once these resources are consumed, they cannot be reversed or reused. Accordingly, all payments are final and non-refundable.
